Our buildings are each comprised of 20 apartment units. Utilities (garbage, sewer
and water) are included with the rent. Rental assistance is available and tenants receive a utility allowance to assist with their electric bills.
Note: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed int the buildings.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be 62 years of age or or be handicap/ disabled of any age. All applicants are screened for criminal background and credit references.
